My card payment was declined by the security system
Suspicious transactions
Your account security is our priority. Occasionally, our security system may decline a card payment attempt as suspicious. When this happens, we may automatically freeze your card.
If this happens, it's important you review the alerted transaction in-app, as your card may be frozen until you do so.
How to review a suspicious transaction?
Select this payment in your transactions and review by choosing one of two available options:
- Yes, it was a genuine transaction → Your card will then be automatically unfrozen, and you can retry the payment
- No, it wasn't you → Your card will be automatically terminated. You can order a new one in the 'Cards' section.
Confirming that a transaction is genuine only works in the context of a single card (i.e., we can still flag transactions as suspicious for the same merchant on other cards you hold).
