My card payment was declined

To find out why your card payment was declined:

  1. Go to 'Cards' tab 
  2. Select the card which you used when the payment was declined
  3. In the transactions section, select the declined transaction
  4. You'll see the reason it was declined and find out what you can do to make the next transaction successful in the 'Status' section 
  5. For more help, scroll down and click 'Get help'
