Account confirmation documents contain the following information:

• Account holder details (name, date of birth, email, address)
• Account status
• Opening date
• Wallet reference
• Bank Identifier Code (BIC)
• International Bank Account Number (IBAN) for all the accounts

To get the account confirmation:

1. Go to 'Profile' on the top left
2. Tap on 'Account'
3. Select 'Documents'
4. Choose 'Personal account' and hit 'Account Confirmation'

We don’t issue hard-copy documents or provide stamps on requested documents; all statements and confirmation documents are electronically generated.
