How to download Savings Accounts statement

Active account statement

To download a statement for an active Savings Account from the personal mobile app:

  1. Go to your 'Savings Account'
  2. Tap 'More'
  3. Select 'Statement' 
  4. Choose the timeframe you wish to generate a statement for
  5. Tap 'Generate'

Closed account statement

To download a statement for a closed Savings Account from the personal mobile app:

  1. Tap the profile icon in the top-left corner
  2. Select 'Documents & statements'
  3. Choose 'Savings'
