• The card must be ordered under your name
• You must have already verified your identity

Methods to activate a new card

• Login to the app: go to ‘Cards’ → select the card you want to activate → click ‘Activate now’. Please only activate your card once it's arrived
• Make a chip-and-PIN transaction with your new card
• Withdraw cash from an ATM using the card
