Can I invite team members with email addresses already registered with another account?

You can’t invite team members using an email address that’s currently registered with another Revolut Business account (but it is possible to invite someone with an email address registered with a personal Revolut account).

As a result, when attempting to invite team members, you might encounter an error message:

  • This email has already been invited: confirm this by searching for that team member in the Team tab.
  • This email address already has an account with Revolut Business. Please try another: this email is linked to a user profile in another Revolut Business account. 

In such cases, use a different email address for the invitation.
