Whether you convert your funds before or at the time of a withdrawal, you are subject to currency exchange fees and weekend fees.

Cash withdrawal fees

All ATM withdrawals are subject to our cash withdrawal fee. As part of our plan benefits, that fee is waived for a certain amount of withdrawals each month (depending on your plan).

  • Standard: 4,500 Kč (or 5 withdrawals, whichever comes first)
  • Plus: 4,500 Kč
  • Premium: 9,000 Kč
  • Metal: 22,000 Kč
  • Ultra: 55 000 Kč

A 2% or 30 Kč fair usage fee applies thereafter.

These fees do not reflect any fees that may be charged by the ATM.
