Adding money to a Joint account
Add money from your personal Revolut account
In the Revolut app:
- Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
- Below your balance, tap Accounts
- Select your Joint account
- Tap 'Add money' and follow the instructions
Add money with a bank transfer
To receive a bank transfer, you’ll need to share your Joint account details with the sender/sender bank. To view your Joint account details in-app:
- Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
- Below your balance, tap Accounts
- Select your Joint account
- Tap 'Details'

Things to keep in mind
- Only monetisable amounts can be added from personal Revolut account
- For card top-ups, Apple Pay or Google Pay are not supported
Currency exchange
- Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
- Below your balance, tap Accounts
- Select your Joint account
- Tap 'Move' and proceed
Currency exchanges can’t be cancelled once completed. You can only revert it by making a new exchange (exchanging the money back into your base currency). Given exchange rates are variable, you may not end up with the full amount back.
