My transfer was reverted on the beneficiary's side, when will it return to my account?

If your bank transfer was reverted to us by the receiving bank, we'll make sure the money is returned to your account. The timeframe depends on the type of the transfer.

If it's local/domestic transfer, depending on your sender bank’s Terms and Conditions, you will need to go through a recall procedure called "kumimodoshi" in order to have the funds returned. Once initiated, the process should take up to 5 business days.

For SWIFT transfer, the return process can take up to 20 days.

The speed of the process fully depends on the receiving bank, and unfortunately, we can't speed this up.

If the expected timeframe for your returned transfer has elapsed, and you haven't received it yet, we suggest reaching out to the beneficiary's bank to obtain a confirmation of the transfer. Once you have that confirmation, please share it with us through the in-app chat. We'll do everything we can to help track down the returned transfer for you.
