Don't worry, your current Revolut Junior card will continue to work as usual until it expires.

Your teens can design a new customisable card from your app. Navigate to the "<18" section in your app, select the teen's name, the teen's current card, and then tap the (+) icon in the top-right corner. After you're done, just follow the steps to order a new Revolut <18 card for your teen to customise it!

Teens can have up to two cards at any time. If a teen already has two active cards, you'll need to terminate one (Select the card -> Settings -> Terminate Card) before being able to order a new Revolut <18 card.
