Accepted proof of address documents
We accept a variety of documents to verify your residential address. All documents must meet the criteria outlined in this FAQ in our Help Centre.
Bank correspondence
- Bank statements (only from banks located in Singapore, excluding online banks like Monzo, Starling). For a list of banks, go to the Financial Institutions Directory
- Credit card statements
- Any other correspondence from the bank
Residential documents
- Utility bills (electricity, water, gas, council tax, landline telephone, broadband, internet) including your address
- Local telecommunication bills (mobile phone bills exceeding $20 / S$25 and registered to the same address linked to your Revolut account)
- Property deed
- Lease or rental agreement. These must be signed by both the landlord and tenant
- National address documents issued by local government agencies
Government correspondence
- Any letter or notification from the government or recognised public authorities or servants
- Receipt of pension, unemployment, or housing benefits
Other accepted documents
- Official letters from educational institutions under the Council for Private Education, Ministry of Education, or Ministry of Health
- ID, passport, driving licence, or residence permit including your address
- Letters from regulated insurance companies
