Payment links are a secure way to send or receive money without sharing personal information or account details.

They can also be used to send money to a card, bank account, or Revolut account, and to request money from a Revolut account. To learn about sending money with a payment link, visit this FAQ.

How to create a payment link request

In the Revolut app: 

1. Go to 'Payments' on the bottom menu
2. Tap 'New' (the plus sign) in the top-right corner
3. Tap 'Create a payment link'
4. Tap 'Request money'
5. Set the amount to request, or share a generic Revolut.me link and allow the sender to input the amount

Timeframes

When you request money, the sender will have 10 days to complete your request and then the link will expire.

Limits

The option to request money from non-Revolut customers isn't available in the US.

You can receive a maximum of £250 per week (or the equivalent in other currencies) via card payments, and up to $100,000 per transaction via ACH deposit.
