How does Revolut decide whether to offer me credit?

Revolut assesses a range of information when deciding whether to offer a customer credit, some of which includes:

  • Application information
  • Credit history
  • Credit score
  • Current levels of debt
  • Disposable income

Once we've completed our assessment, if you've met the criteria, we'll make you an offer. If you decide to proceed, you can sign your documents and we'll complete the application. If we've not been able to offer you credit following our assessment, we'll provide you with an Adverse Action Notice via email that will explain why.
