Do I need to satisfy deductibles to claim?

We don't apply deductibles. Items with a purchase cost of less than €50 won't be covered for purchase protection or refund protection.

  • Go to 'RevPoints' on the bottom menu of the Revolut app
  • Tap 'Insurance' and select 'Purchase'
  • Choose an insurance type
  • Tap 'All documents'
