How to download the card confirmation document
You can get a card confirmation document directly in-app. This document contains the following information:
- Details of all your Revolut cards
- Card delivery addresses
- Expiration dates
- Cardholder’s personal details (your name, date of birth, email, and address)
- Wallet reference
The card confirmation document confirms all your current and previous physical, virtual, and disposable cards. It doesn’t include any terminated cards.
View or download the card confirmation document
In the Revolut mobile app:
- Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
- Select 'Documents & statements'
- Choose 'General'
- Select 'Card confirmation'
We don’t issue hard-copy documents or provide stamps on requested documents — all statements and confirmation documents are electronically generated.
