Emergency medical assistance abroad
If you need urgent medical assistance while abroad due to a serious illness or injury, the Chubb Assistance Helpline is available 24/7 at +44 (0) 203 964 3005. To ensure your call connects, we recommend enabling international roaming on your phone.
If you or another insured traveller is admitted to the hospital as an inpatient for at least one night, you or someone on your behalf must contact the Chubb Assistance Helpline as soon as possible.

Finding your insurance number
You may need your travel insurance policy number when calling the Chubb Assistance Helpline. To find this number in the Revolut app:
- In the search bar at the top of the screen, search for 'Insurance'
- Select 'Insurance'
- Select 'Travel insurance'
