Accessing your transaction history from your Revolut account

On account closure

When you close your account, we'll email you with a bank statement showing your full payment and transaction history. This is password protected for your security. We recommend keeping the document and password secure.

If you lose this document, follow the process below.

After your account is closed

  • Download the Revolut app
  • Tap 'Log In'
  • Enter the phone number associated with your account
  • Enter your passcode
  • Take a selfie to verify your identity
  • Enter the one-time 6 digit code which will be texted to your phone number
  • You'll have the option to re-open your account and access all of your previous transactions, or you can choose to access your documents and statements
  • If you're downloading documents and statements, you'll be able to look through the different documents and statements available, and download whichever files you need
  • We hold documents in line with regulatory requirements and cannot guarantee access to documents beyond certain time frames
