ATMで出された現金の額が間違っています

If an ATM charges your card and doesn't dispense the money, or dispenses the incorrect amount of cash, check if:

  • The payment is pending in-app. A pending transaction may be reverted and refunded automatically (usually in 7 to 30 days). You can check the reversal date in your transactions list
  • The charge is complete. In this case, you can submit a chargeback dispute. Learn how to do it in this FAQ
