Revolut doesn't have access to your claim and can't confirm your eligibility for cover, so you’ll need to contact the provider directly to check up on an existing claim.

In the Revolut app: 

  1. Go to 'RevPoints' on the bottom menu 
  2. Tap 'Insurance'
  3. Select 'Travel' and choose a type
  4. Tap 'Get Help'

If you have an ongoing claim with Cover Genius, you can contact them via XCover website.
