Statements of balances contain the following information
- Company name
- Registered and operating address
- Account name, details and currency
- Total balance in your Business account
Access your statement of balances
- Go to 'Home' on the main menu
- Click the three dots '...' beside your balance and select 'Statements'
- Choose 'Statement of balances'
- Select the date range, and if you want a signed and stamped document
- Click on 'Generate' to download a file or 'Share' to send the statement via email
If you’re not on the new app interface:
- Go to the 'Home' tab in your Revolut Business app
- Click your profile icon in the top-left corner
- Open 'Account & documents'
- Click 'Statements'
- Choose 'Statement of balances'
- Select the date range, and if you want a signed and stamped document
- Click 'Generate' to download a file or share the statement via email

Documents are in the language your Revolut Business app is currently set up in the 'Appearance' settings.
In-app balance different from statement
In-app 'Transactions' show when a transaction occurred, while your monthly statements reflect when it was completed. Transactions might be pending until the merchant processes them, so payments made later in the month may appear on the next monthly statement. Currency exchanges outside market hours can also be impacted in the same way, and may show on future statements.
Can't access statements
To download statements, you need permissions to manage accounts. Ask your account owner or admin to grant you access.
