If we need you to provide proof of address, you'll receive an email, push notification, and see a banner on your in-app 'Home' screen. Simply follow the instructions to upload your document.
Supported document and criteria
You'll need to upload a PDF, or a photo of a physical document. Screenshots are not accepted.
- Supported proof of address documents will be listed on the submission screen
- The issuing date must be within the last 3 months
- Proof of address documents must be issued in Latin alphabet
- Proof of address documents must be issued by a government authority, utility company, or financial institution
- The address on the document must be a personal residential address. P.O. boxes, hotels, and business addresses are not accepted

Your details
- The name on the document must match the name on your Revolut account
- Your document must match the address linked to your Revolut account, otherwise you'll need to update your address first
How to upload the document
Simply follow the email or in-app prompts to upload your proof of address document. Make sure your Revolut app is updated to the latest version.
Your document should be clear and readable. Blurry documents won't be accepted.
