Why haven’t I received my Referrals reward?

With Referrals, you can earn rewards for up to 5 invitees for each campaign. To qualify for a reward, your invitees must complete all the required steps within the deadline. If an invitee fails to complete the steps by the deadline, they won't be eligible for a reward in the next campaign.

Potential reasons you haven't received your reward

  • Your invitee didn't complete all required steps before the deadline
  • Your invitee had a Revolut account before
  • Your invitee didn't use your unique invite link to sign up for Revolut. If this happened, you won't see them on your invitee list in the in-app invites section
  • One or more required steps completed by your invitee didn't meet the requirements described in this FAQ
  • Your invitee completed all the required steps, but the card payments aren't yet completed. Learn more about the 'Make purchases' step in this FAQ

See exact requirements for the active campaign

In your Revolut app:

  1. Tap the profile icon in the top-left corner
  2. Select 'Invite friends'
to view the details of the relevant Referrals campaign

If you've just completed the required steps, allow a few days for us to process and pay the reward to the person who invited you. The reward for your referrer will be paid automatically within 3–5 business days once we determine that all requirements have been met.

If your reward wasn't granted, and you believe all the steps were completed correctly and there's been a mistake, request live support by typing 'Live agent' in the in-app chat, and we'll look into it for you.
