If you suspect that the payment is fraudulent, freeze your card to prevent further fraudulent withdrawals. Check this FAQ on how to freeze the card.
Check if you made a withdrawal at the same ATM in the past:
- Go to your transaction history
- Type 'ATM' in the search bar.
