I lost access to my passkey

If you lose access to your passkey, you can sign into Revolut with your passcode and 2FA (two-factor authentication). Accessing and recovering your passkey is done within your Apple, Google, or Microsoft cloud accounts, so be sure to keep the account secure.

Alternatively, you can also revoke a passkey via the Revolut mobile or web app:

  1. Go to your 'Settings' from your profile by clicking the top left corner icon.
  2. 'Security and privacy' → Passkeys.
  3. Select the 'Passkey' from the list of Passkeys.
  4. Press the 'Revoke' button.
