How to view or manage billing
- Open our mobile app
- Go to your 'Profile'
- Tap on 'Your plan'
- Tap 'Manage'
- Tap 'Change plan'
- View your billing frequency and next payment date
- If you are on a monthly plan, tap 'Save on annual' to switch to annual billing
You cannot change your billing date.
If you switch to another plan, you must first enrol into a monthly plan, then you can switch to annual billing.
