How do I get in touch if I need help with my credit?

Our support team is available 24/7 via the in-app chat.

Premium and Metal or Ultra plan users benefit from priority service. Plus users also benefit from higher priority service than Standard users.

Ultra customers have access to our 24/7 outbound phone support service, which you can access through your Revolut app, currently in English only.

Go to the Help Center → tap the 'Request Call' button → select the category that you need help with.

You'll be redirected to the 'Request Summary' screen where you can see your queue position. Please select the 'Request Call' button to place the call.

A Revolut agent will call you back as soon as possible.
