Baggage Loss and Delay

If you need to file a claim related to baggage loss or delay, you'll need to provide the following documents for our team to assess your case properly:

  • Police or incident report(s) – containing details related to your claim
  • Receipts for lost, stolen or damaged items – proof of purchase for items you are claiming for
  • Repair quote(s) – proof of quoted repair costs and status of your damaged item
  • Confirmation letter from your carrier (such as a property irregularity report) or
  • Baggage receipt/Delivery confirmation showing the date and the duration of the delay
  • Loss or incident report from the transportation or accommodation provider showing the date and the cause of loss or damage (i.e. property irregularity report)
