Cancelling a transfer

We can only cancel a transfer if our payment partner hasn't received our payment instruction yet. Unfortunately,  there's no guarantee that we'll be able to cancel it for you once the transfer status is completed in the Transactions tab.

If there’s an error with your transfer, the solutions available to you depend on what has gone wrong:

Transfer was duplicated or the wrong amount was sent

Try contacting the merchant as they should be able to adjust the transfer for you — e.g. by sending back the duplicated transfer or the excess amount

Incorrect account details or closed account

The funds should return to your Revolut Business account automatically, typically within 5 business days.
