My transfer is pending
Common reasons why your transfer is pending:
- Your transfer is still being processed by our system, which can take up to 24 hours
- Transfers are not processed during bank holidays or weekends, which may cause a pending status to last longer
- You've reached a transfer limit and need to wait for up to 24 hours before the transfer is processed
- We may need additional information, in which case we'll send a request to the account owner
In some situations, we won't be able to clarify how long the release of your funds may take.
