Report a fraudulent transfer
If you think you've sent money to a fraudster, act quickly by securing your account and reporting the transfer.
Secure and report
- Stop all communication with the scammer
- If you shared any card details, freeze your card in-app by selecting the card on the 'Cards' page, then 'Freeze'. To terminate it, go to your card's 'Settings' and click 'Terminate card permanently'
- Report the transfer as fraud to Revolut Support via the in-app chat for assistance
- If you can, report the matter or provide the scammer's details to the police
