How do I get an update on my existing claim?

To follow up on an existing claim, you can contact the provider. Tap 'Lifestyle' in the bottom menu → 'Insure' → 'Travel' → select a type → 'Get Help'.

If you have an ongoing claim with Cover Genius, you can contact them using this form: XCover.com.

If you have an ongoing claim with Allianz, you can contact their customer support:

Most insurer's lines are open from 9am to 5pm CET. If you can't contact the provider directly, please let us know.
