Baggage Theft and Damage
If you need to file a claim related to damage and/or theft, you'll need to provide the following documents for our team to assess your case properly:
- Official police report showing the date, time, and circumstances of the theft
- A letter from the transportation provider (i.e. property irregularity report) or accommodation provider confirming loss or damage
- Proof of ownership for all items you are claiming for, such as receipts and bank statements showing you purchased the items in your claim
- Bank statement/ATM receipt confirming the withdrawal of cash if you purchased the item using cash
- A written confirmation from your service provider confirming you discontinued the service for your device
