Medical Expenses
If you need to file a medical expenses claim, you'll need to provide the following documents for our team to assess your case properly:
- Medical certificate(s) and receipts – includes medical certificates, dental reports, itemised treatment expenses, or hospital admission papers signed by a doctor. It should include details of the sick or injured person, diagnosis, doctor’s details and the consultation date. Please note, all bookings need to be cancelled immediately after you or your travel companion are diagnosed with an illness that prevents you from travelling
- Proof of emergency expenses – we'll need itemised receipts showing what you paid for and how much it cost
