Delayed trips
If your journey is delayed due to a reason covered by our policy for 8 hours or more, you may be entitled to compensation up to £500 (£100 for the first 8 hours, £100 per hour after) per eligible traveller.
Ultra plan
Delayed trips
If your journey is delayed due to a reason covered by our policy for 4 hours or more, you're entitled to compensation up to £500 (£100 for the first 4 hours, £100 per hour thereafter) per eligible traveller.
Missed departure
If you miss your departure for a trip abroad due to a reason covered by our policy, you're covered for your travel and any extra accommodation costs needed to get to your destination up to £200 per night per insured person for up to 5 nights. This must be of the same standard as you had originally bought.
Key exclusions:
- You can recover the costs from any other source (including if you are refunded with a voucher)
- You didn't check in before the departure time shown on your travel itinerary
- You knew there will be a strike before booking your trip
- You travel against government advice

The following is only a summary of your Revolut travel insurance coverage. To check your full policy in-app:
- Go to 'RevPoints' on the bottom menu
- Tap 'Insurance' and select 'Travel'
- Choose a cover type
- Tap 'All documents'
