Emergency medical assistance
If you have a sudden, unexpected illness, injury or medical condition that could cause serious harm if it is not treated before your return home, or you have a dental injury or infection, a lost filling, or a broken tooth that requires immediate treatment we will reimburse the reasonable and customary costs of provided care up to the maximum benefit of £10 million for medical emergency care (including emergency transportation and medical repatriation) and up to £300 for emergency dental care.
In case of a medical emergency, you should contact Chubb Assistance immediately on 0044 203 964 3005, 24/7, 365 days a year.
Key exclusions:
- Any claims if your doctor has advised you not to travel
- Any medical treatment abroad if that was the reason for your trip
- Any surgery, medical or preventative treatment which can be delayed until you return to your home country
- Any claims caused by pre-existing medical conditions
- For Metal customers, if your trip exceeds the first consecutive 30 day limit, we will provide cover up until the 30th day. Any claims outside the 30 days will not be covered
- For Ultra customers, if your trip exceeds the first consecutive 90 day limit, we will provide cover up until the 90th day. Any claims outside the 90 days will not be covered

The following is only a summary of your Revolut travel insurance coverage. To check your full policy in-app:
- Go to 'RevPoints' on the bottom menu
