Lost or stolen device

If any device was lost, stolen, or may be at risk, follow the below steps where possible to help secure your account.

Change your passcode

  1. Log in on a mobile device
  2. Go to your 'Profile' on the top left
  3. Tap 'Security & privacy'
  4. Select 'Change passcode'
  5. Follow the prompts to change your passcode

Remove lost or stolen device

  1. Log in on a mobile device or on the web
  2. Go to your 'Profile' on the top left
  3. Tap on 'Security & privacy'
  4. Select 'Devices'
  5. Swipe left on the lost or stolen device to log out

Report any suspicious activity

  1. If you've noticed additional login attempts, please contact us
  2. Review your transactions and tap on any transactions that weren't done by you
