Single transaction or top-up confirmation
You can download a statement for each transaction separately for any card payment, top-up, transfer or currency exchange.
The statement document contains the following information:
- Account holder details (name and address)
- Account details (IBAN - International Bank Account Number and account number)
- Details of the transaction (date, description, amount)
To get a transaction statement simply go to 'Transactions' → select desired transaction → 'Download'.
The document will appear on your screen when ready. Unfortunately, at the moment we can only generate statements for transactions and we cannot group specific transactions together under one document.
