Change my date of birth

If your account isn't verified yet

  1. Open our mobile app
  2. Go to your 'Profile' (top left of 'Home' screen)
  3. Tap 'Account'
  4. Tap 'Personal details'
  5. Finish providing your date of birth and any other required details or documents

If your account is already verified

If your date of birth is greyed out on your 'Personal details' page, please tap below to contact our Support team.
