If you are logged in
- Go to your 'Profile'
- Tap 'Security & privacy'
- Tap 'Change passcode'
- Follow the prompts to change your passcode
If you are not logged in
- Open our mobile app
- Enter your phone number
- Tap 'Forgot your passcode?'
- Follow the prompts – you may be asked to enter a one-time passcode, to take a selfie, or to take a picture of your ID
