Duration of activity needed based on income type

  • 4 months if working under an employment contract
  • 12 months if working under a business certificate
  • 12 months if working under an individual activity certificate
  • 12 months income from individual enterprise or small partnership owners
  • 12 months if working under an author's or sportsman's contract
  • 4 months of daily allowance
  • 6 months income from real estate rent
  • 24 months income from farm activities
  • 24 months income from dividends

This is subject to exceptions.
