I'm restricted from using Pay Later

We may prevent you from activating Pay Later mode for multiple reasons. This includes:

  • You have some outstanding or overdue repayments that need to be paid first, before you can create new purchases with Pay Later
  • Your Revolut EUR account balance is insufficient to cover the upfront payment (1/3 of purchase value)
  • Your purchase exceeds the Pay Later maximum purchase amount
  • You have requested deactivation of your Pay Later account
  • You have no eligible cards to use with Pay Later
  • Some of your account information has changed, so we had to restrict access to the product while we look into it
