A refund or chargeback was sent to my closed account

If you receive a refund or chargeback after closing your Revolut account, you can send us an email at [email protected] with the following:

  • A bank statement dated within the last 3 months with the alternate bank details you'd like us to send money to. It can be a photo, PDF file, or a screenshot, and your full name, address, and account number need to be visible
  • A confirmation (screenshot, email, etc.) from the merchant showing that the refund was applied. It should contain the merchant's name, amount, and the last 4 digits of your Revolut card

Once we've verified the documentation, we'll initiate the transfer process to your desired alternate account. It typically takes between 3-5 business days for the refund or chargeback funds to arrive after we've processed it from our end.
